General Return Conditions
- 1. Our policy lasts 30 days after your order has been delivered. If 30 days have gone by since your product(s) were delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
- 2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- 3. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products like intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases.

5. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
How can I make a return?
- Sign into your account.
- Find the order in My Orders, click the “Return Item” button.
- Select the item(s) you would like to return, indicate the reason, and submit.
- Call the post office to arrange a collection.

* Please write down your name and your order number on a piece of paper and post it together with the item, then send all the items back via USPS and give us the tracking number.
* All returned items will be checked. We will process the refund once we have received the return package and can confirm that the product has the issues mentioned.
* The refund will be back to your PayPal account within 24 hours, if you paid with debit- or credit card, you can get the money back to your account within 3-15 working days. It depends on the processing time of your bank.
Who pays for the shipping costs when making the return?
- If you received an incorrect or damaged product, please contact customer service immediately so we can resolve the issue. We want every purchase to be exactly as anticipated and promised. For the return under this condition we will pay the return shipping fee.
- If you are returning multiple items, please return them together to enjoy Free Return on all items.
- If you return the goods one by one, you may need to pay an additional shipping fee.
- If the product is in good condition, but you don’t like it and want to return it back, the postage needs to be borne by you.
Damaged, defective, or mis-shipped items
We will issue a full refund including shipping for any damaged, defective, or mis-shipped items. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to Contact directly for assistance with processing your return.
We understand that ordering a costume for special occasions is an important decision and will accommodate you as much as we can. However, it is important to note that all of our costumes are in stock, and once the order is shipped it cannot be canceled. Please note the following cancellation policy.
– Unpaid orders are automatically canceled.
– If the orders are canceled within 18 hours after payment, you will get a full refund.
– If the items were packed within 24 hours but were not shipped, you will get 80% refund + shipping fee.
– Once your order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

* We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns. Please keep the receipt with tracking information.
* All PayPal payments can only be refunded through PayPal. All credit card payments will only be refunded to the original credit card.
